Sierra Marguerite a recent graduate of the Hartford Art school class of 2021. She is a double major in Visual Communication Design and photography with a minor in Art History. The love for image and type is what has driven her passion to major in both design and photography.
The connection of photography and design is what drives the powerful imagery and design of current work Titled As You Were As You Are, an exhibition on women’s body empowerment. Interviewing women to discuss their personal struggles and using photography to create powerful images to helps these women feel more beautiful and strong. Her dream career is to go into exhibition design combining the love for history of art, photography and design.
